What I do at TMC
I serve as a strategic partner to therapy professionals across all disciplines by sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified clinicians in roles that align with their career goals. Build and maintain strong relationships through transparent communication, education on opportunities, and guidance throughout the hiring process. Collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to meet staffing needs while promoting the value, culture, and long-term growth opportunities within the TMC.
Why TMC
One of the constants throughout my career has been TMC. I’ve chosen to stay with TMC for the majority of my professional journey because of its commitment to therapists, its values, and its focus on professional development. Having experienced TMC from multiple perspectives, I’m passionate about sharing why it’s a place where clinicians can build long-term, fulfilling careers.
Who am I?
With 13 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, my career has been shaped by growth, leadership, and a deep passion for the therapy profession. I’ve had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, from staff therapist to Rehab Director, gaining firsthand experience in both patient care and team leadership. Each role has strengthened my understanding of what truly supports clinicians and helps them thrive.
Currently, I’m proud to be part of Talent Acquisition as a Recruiter with TMC—a role I genuinely love. It allows me to connect with therapists across all disciplines and share what makes therapy such an impactful and rewarding career. I enjoy hearing therapists’ stories, understanding their goals, and helping them find opportunities where they can grow, feel supported, and make a difference.
